    George married Amy TAYLOR 3 Oct 1837, Derby, Derbyshire, England. She was born 1812, Derby St. Peter, Derbyshire, England, daughter of John and Elizabeth (___?___) TAYLOR at Derby St. Peter. Amy died 9 Jul 1887, Cook County, Illinois, U.S.A. Amy's brother, Thomas TAYLOR, also immigrated to Wheeler, Cook County, Illinois. He named one of his daughter's after Amy, as she named one of her sons after him.
    In 1841, the census shows Amy FREAKE age 25 living on Forest Lane in Loughborourgh, Leicestershire, England. She was said to have been born in Leicestershire, England. With her was her son James FREAKE age 2 months, born Leicestershire, England. They were living with Amy's parents, John (75) and Elizabeth (60) TAYLOR. Both said to have been born in Leicestershire, England. John was a Grazier.

    On 5 Apr 1930, the census shows Michael (50) and Margaret (47) FRAKE living on the Dundee-Barrington Road in Dundee, Kane County, Illinois. They were renting their home. They owned a radio. Michael was 25 and Margaret 22 when they married. Michael was a farmer. With them were their children: Germaine C. FRAKE age 21; James J. FRAKE age 18; Margaret M. FRAKE age 16; Marcella A. FRAKE age 14; Robert M. FRAKE age 12; Wilfred J. FRAKE age 10; Herbert W. FRAKE age 6; Delores FRAKE age 2. Germaine was a punch press operator at the Watch Case Works. James was a farmer.
    In 1942, Michael's World War 2 Draft Registration Card has, Michael FRAKE age 62, born 16 Aug 1879, Glenview, Illinois. He was living at 1227 East Lake Avenue, Glenview, Cook County, Illinois. His nearest relative was Margaret FRAKE, same address. He was self-employed.
    In Aug 1962, his obituary has, "Glenview Rights on Thursday for Michael Frake - Recuiem mass for Michael FRAKE, 82, retired egg dealer and son of a former sheriff of Cook County, will be offered at 10 a.m. Thursday in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Church and Grove Glenview. Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery. Mr. FRAKE, of 3227 E. Lake, Glenview, died of a heart ailment Monday in St. Francis Hospital, Evanston. He had owned a farm at the Lake St. address until 30 years ago, when he sold most of the land for development and entered the wholesale egg business. Under the name Frake Farm, he conducted the business until retiring in 1960. His father, Thomas, had been sheriff of Cook County shortly after the Civil War. Survivors inclued the widow, Margaret; five sons, Lawrence, Harold, James, Wilfred and Herbert; and four daughters, Mrs. Germaine PHILLIPS, Mrs. Marcella EBERLE, Mrs. Margaret BAETHIN, and Mrs. Dolores KARP." (Note: Name of paper and exact Date unknown.)

    In Aug 2008, The Kankakee Daily Journal has, "Visitation for Marilyn R. FRAKE, 75, of Clifton, will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the Knapp Funeral Home in Clifton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Peter Catholic Church in Clifton. Father Vern Arseneau will officiate. Burial will be in St. Peter Cemetery in Clifton. Memorials may be made to the Clifton Swimming Pool Committee. She died Friday (Aug. 15, 2008) at her rural Clifton residence, following a short illness. Mrs. FRAKE worked for over 30 years for Merkle-Knipprath Nursing Home in Clifton until her retirement in 2005. She had previously worked at Gerardo Grocery in Toluca and was office manager for 11 years at FRAKE Implement Co. in Clifton. She was born June 15, 1933, in Streator, the daughter of Raymond and Mabel SCHWIDERSKI GERARDO. Her husband, Herbert W. FRAKE Sr., whom she married July 17, 1954, in Toluca, died April 1, 1999. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church in Clifton and the CCW. She was a supporter of the Clifton Swimming Pool and had helped her husband with his work on the original pool building committee. She enjoyed gardening and crafting. Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Lisa and Tom FROONINCKX of Papillion, Neb., Lori and Bill LAMPING of Clifton; two sons and daughters-in-law, Herbert Jr. and Karie FRAKE of Clifton, Tom and Lana FRAKE of Dunlap; two stepdaughters, Mary Anne OLSON of Walnut, Mary Lou O'BRIEN of Arizona; 12 grandchildren; two brothers and one sister-in-law, William GERARDO of Toluca, James and Alex GERARDO of Atascadero, Calif; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Lois and Vern HOLMSTROM of Galesburg, Carol and Gary RIESSE of Napa, Calif.; and one brother-in-law, Ed ANDRACKI of Westville.
